Impact Stories
At the age of 10, this little girl was raised by a single mother who worked hard as a domestic worker. However, despite her best efforts she had to leave her children in a shelter home as that it was the only way to secure their safety and well-being.
PROGRESS :
The child’s personality was good from the very beginning, but she struggled with distractions and a sense of detachment at times. However, she started on a path of self-improvement, understanding the program's fundamental effectiveness. Her dedication and determination not only sharpened her attention, but also resulted in a visible improvement in her academic success, demonstrating her progress and resilience.
A 12-year-old child has an alcoholic and violent father. The scars that remain on his body send chills down my spine. One is anxious about his mental strength in order to let go and go on. Despite being in grade 6, his functional level is grade 1.
PROGRESS :
He has advanced from learning basic prepositions to attempting to read newspapers and compose sentences in Kannada. His progress really inspires us to strive harder.
Our 10 year old little girl has an alcoholic and abusive father. She, alongwith her siblings took shelter in their grandmother's care, and eventually reached the shelter home.
PROGRESS :
The child initially struggled with language because Tamil was her native tongue. But she showed persistence, a desire to learn from her mistakes, and was not hesitant to seek help when necessary. She asked for constant guidance from teachers when she was in doubt. Finally during the end of our program, we saw a lot of improvement in her comprehension and learning. It truly was very encouraging for our team to witness this.
A 9-year-old boy with 6 siblings was forced by his abusive father to beg on the streets with his siblings. Unsurprisingly, his mother suffers from a number of health concerns. A small spark from our team was enough to rekindle the boy's curiosity and ignite his learning potential.
PROGRESS :
He has progressed from memorizing number sequences to comprehending the logic of basic addition and subtraction computations. In language he has moved from blindly copying from the board to thinking and fitting together sounds, constructing words, and understanding their meaning.

The Persian dinner at Saanchi was a wonderful experience - very well organised and informative. Educating people about what you are doing as an entity, while also giving us something memorable to take away, will actually create more conversation... Hoping to participate in more fundraisers and help further the cause...
This 8-year-old child's mother is struggling with multiple health difficulties. For some time, she and her siblings lived with their grandfather, but he had his own challenges and they did not have access to basic healthcare and education. They are now in the shelter home
PROGESS :
She frequently felt overshadowed by the older children, who had more knowledge and experience. However, she showed outstanding determination and dedication in completing the task given to her in classes, and was always eager to accept help when necessary. Despite starting from the very basic concepts, Her hard effort paid off, as she outperformed even the older children, which is quite an accomplishment.
A 10-year-old boy was abused by his alcoholic father almost on a daily basis. With a little bit of love, care and educational guidance, climbing up the ladder of success can become a reality for him.
PROGESS :
Despite just knowing the fundamental alphabets, he has advanced to writing 5 to 6 letter words in just three months of our program, demonstrating the tremendous potential this child has.
